Hackers, believed to be from the Gaza Strip, were able on Thursday to breach the website of the Israeli fire and rescue services.
Gazan hackers defaced the website by posting a photo of the Israel’s deputy foreign minister Danny Ayalon with footprints over his face and a message saying “death to Israel.”
A few days ago, the website of Ayalon had also been taken down by hackers claiming to be from Saudi Arabia.
A series of recent Arab cyberattacks also affected Israeli bank accounts and financial institutions.
Consequently, Ayalon threatened to use lethal force to address internet attacks raising the ire of Arab hackers who vowed to intensify their cyber war on the Israeli occupation state in retaliation to its crimes against the Palestinian people.
